Kevin has been a Realtor since 2005. He comes from a family with experience in architecture and construction. Kevin resides in two different counties Nye and Clark. He is very familiar with the Real Estate market in Pahrump and Las Vegas valley. Kevin has a wealth of Experience handling the REO properties and is continuing with his expertise with The Brenkus Team REO Division. He is very goal oriented and pays attention to detail. As the leader of the REO Divison on the Brenkus Team, Kevin monitors the Brenkus Team standards of a 5 hour occupancy check and deliver y of an accurate 36 hour BPO. Kevin is responsible for all REOs from the time the team receives an assignment. He works well with other team members to ensure a successful close of escrow. Kevin and his team make sure that the properties are maintained in the highest standard and ensures the Brenkus Team regularly receives a PERFECT SCORE from over 30 + clients including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on inspection reports.
